Restorative Candlelight Yoga
Restorative flow is a slow, gentle, and supportive practice that emphasizes deep relaxation and stress reduction. We will hold poses for extended periods, often with the use of props, to encourage the body to relax and release tension. Our goal is to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being through mindful movement and breathwork.

Sneaky Strong Flow
This yoga is challenging because it requires a combination of muscle engagement, balance, breathwork, focus, and control. The level of difficulty will vary depending on your physical abilities and commitment to the practice. You will leave this class feeling amazing, fit, and stretched.

Rocket Yoga
Get ready to blast off with this exhilarating yoga class inspired by Rocket Yoga! We’ll kick things off by grounding ourselves with a strong foundation, then move into a dynamic, breath-synced flow that’s all about firing up your core and aligning your spine. Opportunities for binds, arm balances, and inversions make this class stimulating for seasoned yogis, while modifications make it perfect for anyone looking to get their heart pumping while building stamina and flexibility.

Sound Bath
Join us for a rejuvenating and restorative Gentle Yoga & Sound Bath class, where mindful movement meets the soothing vibrations of sound healing. This class is designed to ease tension, improve flexibility, and promote a sense of calm through gentle yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation. Perfect for all levels, the session begins with slow, supportive stretches and mindful flows that help relax and restore your body.
As we wind down, settle into a deeply restful savasana while being immersed in the calming frequencies of a sound bath. Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, our sound bath will guide you into a state of profound relaxation, helping to clear the mind, release stress, and encourage inner peace.

Yoga Basics
New to yoga? This is your 45-minute class to acquaint yourself with the practice. Not new to yoga? Come on in for a brush up. We will flow through a series of yoga postures to learn a progressively interesting yoga flow. Mats, block, and all of the equipment provided at the studio.

Morning Movement and Flow
We’ll glide into our morning, starting slowly and building heat. You’ll be free to move with your own intuition as a guide, and there will be space to make the practice your own if you feel called. We invite elements of mobility training, primal movement, and child-like play. You’ll leave feeling grounded, energized, and ready to embrace the day.

Yin
Yin uses passive postures held for longer periods of time in order to deeply open the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and spine. This allows the release of lactic acid and buried emotions, as well as greatly aiding the digestive system. Poses will be tailored to each practitioner’s body with the incorporation of bolsters, blocks, blankets, and straps. Students of every level can benefit from a calmer nervous system and the gradual deep opening this class provides!

Relaxation
We understand how hard you work, and we know how challenging it can be to relax and unwind. We created Relaxation yoga. This has become one of our most popular classes. We take it easy, breath deeply and bring out all the props. This class lies somewhere between the Yin approach and the flow one. It’s great for beginners or advanced practitioners who want to back off and regenerate in between power flows. This class is indeed for everybody.

Morning Vinyasa
Our morning classes are the perfect start to your busy day. Find your flow, just find it early. Namaste sunshine. Our morning vinyasa yoga class is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga used to energize the body and mind at the start of the day. It involves linking breath and movement, moving smoothly from one pose to the next, often with a focus on strengthening and warming the body.

Sweaty Betty Vinyasa Flow
Sweaty Betty Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike

Candlelight Power
Our candlelight power yoga class is a dynamic and fast-paced style of yoga that emphasizes building strength, endurance, and flexibility. We started with a flow-like sequence of postures, synchronized with breath, and a focus on building heat and stamina, rather than traditional relaxation and meditation. Unlike some gentler forms of yoga, power yoga is designed to be a full-body workout, guiding you to your limits while still maintaining a connection between movement and breath.

Sunday Slow Burn
Slow Burn Yoga will strengthen your entire body, open your hips and shoulders and balance your nervous system. You will focus on slow, deliberate transitions between postures and long, demanding holds.
