Experience a profound guided meditation which will focus on breath awareness, intention setting, visualization, and deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra is translated as “Yogic Sleep”, and originated in India. It induces a state of relaxed awareness in which the practitioner moves through the five koshas, or layers in the body. We’ll begin with 10-15 minutes of gentle asana to prepare our bodies for relaxation and meditation. During the Nidra practice, you will be fully supported in a reclined position with bolsters and blankets, as you are guided to a state of deep relaxation. Suitable for ALL levels.
